Steve Kimball - President - SMK Insurance Steve began his insurance career in New Brunswick back in 1982. In 1985, he moved to Nova Scotia where he started his own General Insurance Brokerage. Steve has attained his Chartered Insurance Professional Designation (CIP) and is a great promoter of professionalism and education in the insurance industry with several of his staff having attained their own Chartered Insurance Professional Designations (CIP).
	Darlene Swinney - Underwriting Supervisor/ Manager Darlene joined the company in 1987 shortly after its inception. She has 21 years of experience in insurance and underwriting business. Darlene currently oversees all underwriting systems and processes. Working closely with insurance partners, Darlene ensures SMK maintains its reputation as a leader in customer service.
	Yvette Ripley - Accounting/Customer Service Representative Yvette began her employment with SMK Insurance as receptionist in 1992. She has worked in the insurance industry for over 20 years. While working at SMK, she obtained her Chartered Insurance Professional Designation (CIP) and now works in the customer service department. She also handles the book-keeping for the agency as well as helping out with the administrative duties.
	Dianne Baker - Administrative Supervisor Dianne joined SMK Insurance in April 1997 as the receptionist. Prior to starting her position with SMK, Dianne worked for Johnson's Insurance and also with Nova Scotia Power. Dianne also helped out with French Customer Service Calls in the Customer Service Department and is now the Administrative Supervisor.
	Jacqueline Tucker-Jennings - Personal Lines Producer Jacqueline joined SMK Insurance in October 2006. She obtained her general insurance license in May 2005 and is currently working towards her Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker designation (CAIB). Jacqueline brings with her over ten years of sales and customer service experience.
